In a nutshell, I’m a trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma (i.e., trauma that’s occurred repeatedly over an extended period of time, typically within an imbalanced power dynamic) as well as depression, anxiety and social anxiety. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques and approaches, including mindfulness and neurobiology, CBT and DBT, parts work and EMDR, all tailored especially for you. I’m also trained in clinical hypnosis, so let me know if you’re interested in learning more about that.

I provide individual counseling to adults 18+, and adolescents from 15-17 years. I sometimes offer group therapy as well. If I have an open group, I’ll make note of it on this page.

I love working with people of all genders across the spectrum, and also - contrary to common belief - nearly half my caseload tends to be male identifying.

It’s worth noting that many of my clients have parents with personality and/or substance use challenges, and I love helping them navigate and heal from those relationships, whether or not they wish to go “no contact”.

I also enjoy working on the concerns below, in addition to many others. If you don’t see yourself below but still feel we may be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
